My son bought this for today as a surprise. The burger gave me joy than my beloved Liverpool FC winning the premier league. Love this place and food.

Extremely Disappointed with Fat Twins Tooting - Worst Customer Service Ever!

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Fat Twins Tooting, and I must say it was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff seemed disinterested and showed a complete lack of professionalism. They were more interested in their own conversations than attending to the customers.
Not only was the service incredibly slow, but the staff also displayed a shocking level of incompetence. They seemed clueless about the menu and failed to provide any helpful suggestions or recommendations. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training and knowledge to deliver a satisfactory dining experience.
To top it off, when my order finally arrived, it was completely messed up. The food was tasteless, poorly prepared, and didn't match my specifications at all. It was evident that attention to detail was non-existent.
I am deeply disappointed in Fat Twins Tooting and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you value good service and quality food.
It is my hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Fat Twins Tooting to improve their customer service standards and provide a better experience for their patrons.
Absolute amazing experience with the customer service! Treated all my family well and the food was top tier! All halal so would definitely recommend this branch to everyone looking for good quality food! Portion sizes are incredible and wouldn’t have anything bad to say about this company! Definitely will be a repeat customer to enjoy all the other options spread across their wide ranged menu! Staff were amazing to top it all off!
Smash burgers are great, wings are fresh and good! Not sure about the containers they are using for fries as they leave / have a plastic smell but apart from that can't go wrong.
Tried this place out yesterday for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the food.
Basically, it's a 'Halal' McDonald's and some.
Food was incredible for what it is.
Staff were friendly.
Service was a bit too slow.
Price was perfect.
Looking forward to my next 'cheat meal' day.
P.s. the chipotle sauce is amazing.
This is my FAVOURITE place in Tooting. The service is incredible, food always comes in less than 5 minutes and the food is even better. I eat at this place several times a week and I’m obsessed. Highly highly recommend ????????
Flavoursome smash burgers make this my favourite burger under £10 in London. Taken 4/5 friends here for their debut & they’ve all enjoyed it.
Frustrating that you can’t order for pick up.
Food is ok, chips is good but too much salty, but the biggest issue is with them they never have change to return, the owner should leave some change on the counter so they can return the change, i had this problem with them many time and had to leave my change but I think they should give something complimentary otherwise people will start to avoid them.
