Normally experience great with this garage but you have my car, the garage is closed, calls ringing out, can you please get in touch and let me know when you’ll do the work and how much it will cost. I need my car for work.i will remove the review when you get in touch.
Update- still no contact from fast lane 3 weeks later- had to take my car to another garage using spare key so it didn’t lapse its MOT. Telephone number not working and they still have my car key.

Absolute con people except for the mechanic. Had our car since June 2023. Took £1500 from us for a reconditioned engine. Car broke down twice when collected AA guy said as he rolled his eyes “ you sure they changed the engine “. Calls never returned excuse after excuse. Think they’ve gone bust and not surprised so if they open somewhere else AVOID
Got a 2nd opinion here after the 1st garage gave a shopping list of issues that my car apparently had. These guys found out only one thing needed to be changed which was the near side brake disc. They got it done in a day. I've been driving my car for almost a year and I can say that they were honest as I had 0 problems since. Thank you so much. Wish you the best.
Cant tell the difference between a turbo and a swirl flap.
Tried to tell me that swirl flaps are necessary for an MOT. Total lies. Wanted to fit a complete manifold at £800. Took the car back replaced the turbo myself. Blanked the swirl flaps for £15.
Show me the part of the MOT manual that mentions swirl flaps lol
Edit: this car was not in for an MOT . I have the right business. The car was in for a screeching turbo. You can try to hide and claim ignorance but I'm no fool. Tried to take me for one as a customer. Never try to screw over another MOT tester it's not going to work out ????

Been using this garage for several years, and we keep going back. Stevie and the gang give great service, quick turnaround and always at a very reasonable cost. Most importantly they are honest: Stevie doesn't like a half finished job, and I don't believe he would charge a penny more than a job is worth. 100% recommend.

I put my car in with two problems recently 1) the car didn’t start properly, 2) there was an unholy grinding noise coming from the front right.
I fully expected a replacement starter motor and a new wheel bearing.
Andy called me with the info - the issues were actually being caused by some loose screws and a bent piece of metal rubbing the brake-disk.
????I was charged 1/2 hour labour and that was it!!
