wife’s car booked in for MOT 2022 he wasn’t even there, I had no bad bookings with them before so I booked for my MOT in 2023, called them the day before to confirm the booking, I turned up at booking time to find the booking was not logged and the MOT technician wasn’t even there !!
I will never use these jokers again, they can not even make and keep to a booking even when called for confirmation the day before !! JOKERS
Well after being in the motor trade for many years including the AA, this is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to have been to, not only is the reception area including staff very accommodating, Mo provides a very professional and personal service which in my opinion is second to none, so therefore that’s why I can highly recommend him and his team.
So keep up the good work Mo and please pass on my sincere thanks to all the staff.
