Popped in to this amazing little cafe whilst our Daughter was at a party locally.
Looking for somewhere for a quiet bite, we took a punt for here over Starbucks. It was evident we'd made the right decision as soon as we walked in ???? Amazingly minimalist and spacious interior; you'd never be sat on top of each other. Such an inviting and serene atmosphere, the kind of place you could come and happily spend a couple of hours catching up with friends or losing yourself in a book.
The service was outstanding; engaging and knowledgeable about the bespoke cuisine and drinks on offer. It's always refreshing to speak to someone who's enthusiastic about the local suppliers they use.
We had a chicken sandwich with bread from a bakery in Stockport and a Carrot soup that had the most gentle and moorish flavours. Sooooooo good.
So for two espresso based coffee's (hand crafted), two lovingly made chicken sandwiches using artisan bread and a soup that I'm not sure will ever be beaten, it was just shy of £30. There was more than enough food and I'd personally say I could see where each of those thirty pounds had gone.
If you want to sit and soak in an experience, I'd definitely say it's worth it. The coffee is available to go and given the number of in and outs we saw whilst there, it's clearly a real destination for those who can appreciate the beauty of a bespoke, handcrafted hot drink.
Thanks to the guys at Farrars, for looking after us and making us feel welcome ????
Stumbled across this lovely little coffee shop when doing a quick spot of shopping. Without a hint of hyperbole, this was probably the best coffee I've had in many a year, so much so that I invested in a second helping. Mexican Chiapas 'fresh brew' (no milk, no sugar) in case you're interested.
The very best Lemon Drizzle cake I have ever eaten, made by Aaron who was serving at the cafe this morning. Coffee was very good too.A lovely calm quiet atmosphere . The space was shared with a flourishing lemon tree in the corner!
Absolute gem of a place. What Aaron doesn’t know about coffee isn’t worth knowing. The only place in Radcliffe to get decent cup of coffee. The home made cakes always look amazing and the sandwiches are first class. If you’re looking for simple food made from quality ingredients this is the place for you. I really hope the people of Radcliffe appreciate just what they have here!
First time at Farrars Cafe today and we had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the environment was modern and inviting. Both the coffee and food were very tasty. Highly recommended.
Different class coffee. Hidden gem. The owner is a lovely guy who is a foodie and passionate about coffee. Makes great cakes too!
Would be packed out if this place was in Manchester City centre! Whether it gets fully appreciated by Radcliffe is another matter.
Came in here today with my husband he has two splints on his legs . we had no hello when we came into the cafe and with my husband being disabled there was no help or kindness at all . Everyone stared like we had two heads . Very poor customer service and not and nice atmosphere at all. We looked round and walked straight out and will never go in again.Shame on you .A hello and we will find you a seat or sorry no seats at the moment.
Friendly welcoming small caffé where you can get an excellent coffee. I stop whenever I'm in the area for a single espresso and I know I will have a choice of one of two artisan coffees. I would be happy to recommend this café to anyone who wants an excellent cake or light lunch too even if you don't want an espresso
Thank you for the friendly welcome Farrar's
If I could give 6 stares I would ????

Carrot and coriander soup with any unusual twist on Welsh Rabbit, a really good cheese toastie.
I finished it off with carrot cake. A good carrot based lunch ????
Thank you
