Incredible how after more than 2 weeks, they still don't have my prescription. I've ordered my meds WHICH I REALLY NEED and been there more than 3 times already, only to be brushed off that they still didn't get the delivery. This is just disgusting. Sure, it can happen once or twice but this is literally what's been happening all the time!
The wait time for a prescription should be 1-2 days, not 2weeks to a month or more...horrible!
Terrible customer service!
Lady at the counter was more concerned about me wearing a mask regardless of the fact that she was wearing one and there was a pretty high screen in between us and no other customers near me. I then mentioned that I was exempt from wearing it and therefore, we are a week from the easing of the restrictions anyways and the virus itself doesn't carry a calendar where it targets when it should stop from infecting people. She freaked out at that point. I was there to collect medicine for my dog, a couple of eye drops to be precise. My partner have already ordered online and when I explained that I was there to collect (when she finally let me speak) she asked me my wife's name and DOB, which I promptly gave her. After a few minutes waiting outside (because she said I couldn't wait inside) she said that she couldn't find it. I then called my wife who confirmed that she have ordered the medication. I then explained that I couldn't leave the shop without the medication because my dog really depends on it. When I said "dog" she said I should said that before. But I was never asked about for who the medication was to. Then she screamed that she was not a psychy, and that she couldn't have guessed that. Like if that was my fault regardless that I have given the right details when asked who have ordered the medication.
Before leaving the pharmacy her colleague said that next time my wife should go to pick up the medicine and not me, just like that. So I told her that she can't talk to people like that. And I will return whenever I want to.
I hope they will be both sacked.
