Just ordered for the 1st time. How is is this legendarybon JustEat? Asked for burger sauce got bbq. It was late. Bread was bad. Salad options are blind...yes I'd love 3kg of unknown salad or no i like my kebabs drier than sand. Never order here.
Ordered the usual chicken shish kebab and chips and they sent lamb, called up to say what had happened, we were told it was our fault and there's nothing that can be done about it and when we said it's a repeat order through ubereats it's impossible to be wrong they hung up.
Unprofessional, ridiculous and such a shame as we order from them (or now we used to order from them) all the time.
Avoid purely because of the attitude of the staff.
Disappointing.
Ordered - Large cheese & tomato pizza.
Pros - looked great.
Cons - 1.The deep pan base was the thickest i have ever had and was under cooked. Also it is normal to expect the main flavour to be tomato. It tasted mainly of spongey undercooked dough with a hint of cheese.
2. The delivery was late.
3. The food was not hot considering the short travel distance.
I recommend the chefs cut down on the thickness of the base and make sure there is a reasonable amount of tomato paste on it for better flavouring. I have tasted better smart price pizzas
We always had food from here and it's always been really good since they took over from family member but the last couple of weeks the chilli is not chilli sauce it lol me tomato sauce no spice to it at all.
The pizza was really nice from there before but now there just horrible I'm sorry to say they have lost us as customer so I'm looking to find another good kabab shop now.
If they change there standards I will come back.
Terrible service via Just Eat app. It's been late and cold a couple of times but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Most recently had to phone when it still hadn't arrived after being 45 minutes late, to be told the driver has a flat tyre and they'd 'meant' to phone. I could have my stone cold kebab after the tyre got fixed or get a refund... let's just say, NEVER again.
Kebabs shish and doner, to die for and lovely fresh salad, lovely friendly staff, good value for money, I always use this lovely family run kebab house, now my bruv uses it too. Wouldn't go anywhere else x
More the two hours since order and still waiting 45 minutes after since "they're on the way." Waste of money...I want to go to bed! I will never order here again. Their food WILL be rubbish as it will have to be reheated tomorrow.
Always great food, staff very polite and helpful, the salad in our kebabs was to die for. Go give them a try yourselves probably the best kebab shop in hernebay.
