All the other fake reviews giving this place a five star is all a lie. My mother and I have always attended this place and without doubt this place makes you eat 1-2 hours in the reception for your appointment. The guy should loose his license because when he treated my mom he clearly had done something wrong and for the next couple of weeks my mom was in bed in pain. The second time, when I was supposed to get some teeth pulled out and this guy was such in a hurry that he did not do it properly, leaving me with a headache and a blood drenched pillow the morning after. When I called they did not reply, he did not care to explain that something had went wrong and did not explain what I should do next. I had to visit his practice twice to find it closed when clearly it says it’s open on Fridays, so for the next 24 hours I was on a call with 111 and had to travel all the way to Coventry to get it fixed. Let’s talk about how the receptionist isn’t even a receptionist, doesn’t speak English and the place is highly unprofessional.

Waited month and a half for a appointment

I was so much in pain a week later
I had to come back the guy gave me a scan
And found out I didn’t need a filling I had a infection
Under my gums
Few weeks gone past I called again
As its a emergency they said theirs no appointments untill 9th of October who can wait that long I need a dental hospital
This dentist is a waste of time they can’t even help
I even told them I can’t even drink water or eat food it’s been 24 hours
They didn’t even care
Very poor service im 31 weeks pregnant I got infection in my tooth but they didn’t give me any appointments they said fully booked I requested many times but they didn’t help me then i got worse ????????????

Such an amazing dental practice. Got an amalgam filling it's been 10 years now since having my filling and it still is the same as ten years ago

It’s currently 10 am on Wednesday and the dentist still isnt open i dont know who said its 24hrs. Also you cant ring them because the phone goes straight to voicemail
