These guys are fantastic! Supported me with my cancer care medications, continue to do so and also went out of there way to support my son who had a cleft palate!! Always happy to deliver medications if unable to get to pharmacy. If they cannot get medications always offer solutions. Top pharmacy ????⚕️????????????
Update 2023:
This pharmacy has gone down hill significantly big time! They are not compassionate anymore. I regularly need medication and I dont ask for the world but the meds i need, i need to stay alive after my major OP last year. They always say the med I need is out of stock but boots always provides, when the dp send it finally its like 5 tubs for 2 weeks, i need 1 tub for 2 days else i cannot eat. I work at the hospital and I have spoken to the pharmacy department there and there are no reported shortages, the team there always check for me as i know them, yet i constantly get told they are short, no stock etc. Even when the hospital provides an alternative and there is a discrepancy with the script they expect me to sort out things which are out of my control therefore I dont get the alternative medicine either!
I cannot fault the delivery people they are amazing but the rest of them I am done with and moved on, good luck if you stick with them!
The best Chemist I’ve had in a very long time. I have a lot of medication and can safely say no one has given the service like Thorneycroft Chemist. Fast prescription orders and delivery. Very helpful on the phone or in person. Always accommodating and very friendly. Always very helpful when there’s issues with prescriptions. 5 stars isn’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First and last time going in yesterday, picked up my prescription, female ignored me to go outside to chat to someone in a car, left me by the counter with no one attending, eventually a guy asked me what I wanted, told him my prescription, he asked me my name, passed it to me, normally I get asked name and address as some sort of confirmation who I am. He just passed it to me. No courtesy involved, no drumming up a rapport with a new Customer. Moving again to another. Parking awful too, on a busy corner of a cross road with lights. Better to walk there except for the welcome you are NOT granted with. I would avoid if I was you, I’m not going back. Infuriating I have to give 1 star to trigger a review, i would give no stars if I could!
I went to Fallings Park pharmacy today around about 17:35.
As I walked in there was a white girl on the phone and two Asian ladies.
The taller Asian lady looked at me as I walked in then just stood there, the phone rang to which she answered the phone, then when the phone call had ended, she still ignored me and walked over to talk to the white lady on the phone.
Then a shorter Asian lady appeared from around the side, whom also ignored me, yet again the phone rang and she answered the phone. She then came to serve me.
I cannot believe that your policies are to answer the phone first and not deal with the customer in front of you, I find this a very rude way to treat a customer and does not show a good practice.
When I eventually got served, she gave me a prescription that had been prescribed over two months ago, this is very disturbing that, she would just do this, not even asking if I have become pregnant in the time that the medication had been prescribed, or if I was taking any other medication that could have an effect on each other, is it not a duty of care to ensure that the medication was still safe and effective to take after two months ??
This wasn't even the medication I was even collecting, luckily enough I was collecting a cream rather than a tablet, so I knew that it was the wrong thing she had given me.
It clearly stated on bag it was made on the 15/05/2023.
When I rang, all they could say to me was, well it's not out of date as the tablet are still in date, still they didn't make sure that they were safe and effective for me to take.

In response to Mr Alan Little,it was my friend the assistant came out to the car to because she was to ill to go in the chemist,and she was making sure she had the right tablets etc as I didn't know for sure,so in future get your facts right or before you open your mouth and get some one in trouble for no reason
I needed a chemist that was open today (Christmas Day 2021) to get some urgent medication. He was very helpful and gave me some good advice. Definitely will be visiting again.
This pharmacy is completely and utterly useless. They never seem to have anything in stock and take forever to get the prescriptions I need. I often have to take my prescription elsewhere.
