Owner is friendly and the food is amazing. Lunch time offer of £7 is great and the food is tasty. Everything is 10/10 and the environment is clean and suitable for wheelchair users and kids.
My favourite falafel place and the homemade chili sauce is also 10/10
The food is full of flavour
Walking through Shepherd’s Bush Market came across the cleanest pleasant looking cosy vegetarian spot serving a meal deal for £6.99 which included a very tasty and generously filling falafel wrap, salad portion and soft drink.
This review is long overdue and will probably not do justice to the beautiful meal that I had at Falafel Point 2 weeks ago! Thank you Bilal and Sayeed for ensuring that my experience at Falafel point was one to remember not just food wise but for your attention, kindness and care whilst and after I was eating my meal. I was so excited to try Palestinian food for the first time and the food that I tried did not disappoint. I had the Falafel McAly wrap which I savoured every bite of! The falafel was flavoursome on the inside and crunchy on the outside and I absolutely loved the homemade sauces which added spice and sweet all in one bite as well as the smooth hummus! The falafels are not dry at all and were the best falafels I have had. If you are feeling extra hungry the McAly is a good option to go for as you get falafel, cauliflower and aubergine in the wrap too!! Za'tar fries are amazing :). Attention to flavour is evident with every bite you take and every aspect of the meal! I was able to enjoy a vegan very flavour-filled and filling meal which also had a homely feel all for £7-8! Aside from the food, it was a pleasure to meet Bilal who showed a lot of hospitality, I really appreciate your time and kindness with the meaningful conversation we had afterwards. The experience at Falafel point starts from Hello - everything from that point is fantastic. You can really tell they make the food with love and care, and their hospitality is unmatched.
I am obsessed with falafel wraps, and this is up there in the top 3 I’ve ever had for sure!
We went at closing time, so with my wrap, the gentleman very kindly gave us complimentary mini falafels and black mint tea. Definitely worth it, and will have to go back to try the Zaatar fries!
Service was amazing the owners amazing the food even better ! Really wish they opened up in more stores !! Everytime I’m in west I have to get this the prices are soooo good and you leave so satirised !!!
First time eating here. I found it by chance. Amazing falafel, probably the best I have had in London. The person serving me was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I know I will be back again with friends too
