Best KPortal Reviews
The food was absolutely delicious. I asked for recommendations on what plate to order and they delivered! Best curries I've had. Also the staff was very kind and helpful.
Looks like its been recently refurbished. Great atmosphere in bar, locals and staff very friendly. Food was excellent the mixed grill was better than most we get in the midlands. Will visit again if we stay in trefriw in the future. Highly recommend
When visiting Trefriw for 4 nights in April with our Labrador, we spent every evening at the Fairy Falls due to the excellent customer service, delicious Indo-Chinese menu & cosy vibe. Dee and his team treated us like family from the first moment we arrived (including the pup). We sampled different dishes each evening & every single one was of an outstanding quality, reasonably priced & locally sourced. We went home so full each night! (Ideal after long days hiking).
This place is ideal for both a few drinks in the pub side or a meal in the restaurant side - or both!
We will miss the guys and will definitely return next time we visit wales.
This has been our go to pub on the way home from Wales for years the Sunday dinners were absolutly amazing, we booked not knowing it was now an Indian restaurant and no longer a traditional pub.
When we arrived the feel was totally different huge TVs on the walls felt odd.
They however still serve a Sunday lunch giving 2 options beef or chicken, however they don't cater for vegans/ vegaterians.
As an alternative I was offered a vegetable curry. My hubby was so hungry but we had a drink and left, gutted need to find a new pub.
Honestly one of the best curries I’ve ever had. We have the chicken tikka masala, bhajis, lamb chops, peshwari naan, pilau rice, and salt & pepper chicken (it’s indo-Chinese) and absolutely all of them were perfect and delicious. The owners / staff and very friendly! They’ve turned a pub I’ve been to many times, which had pretty average food, into a hidden gem! (Also it had darts and pool too you can’t go wrong)
Went to try the pub's new Indian menu under its new owner Deepak. Had a warm welcome and the food was truly excellent with a wide and authentic selection of veggie options. Am planning to be back - probably regularly! Good luck Deepak and co with the new venture.
We ate at the restaurant which has changed to Indian cuisine since we were last here. Tasty food if a little on the spicy side for me. Nice atmosphere and super service
Review for the Restaurant. Have been visiting here regularly and recent changes to an Indian from local produce was a shame. Ordered a take out, was relatively expensive and of poor quality, some items missing. Hopefully just a one off but won't be back in a hurry or making a recommendation.
