I always receive a prompt and professional service at my local pharmacy. Nicci is efficient, polite, knowledgeable and always happy to resolve any issues surrounding medication.
I'd like to thank the latest member of staff. She rescued my script that I'd accidentally put through to an online pharmacy. I'd run out of my regular meds and thought 111 would be QUICKER? STUPID me. This lovely lady recalled the prescription and it was delivered out to me the same day. She's clearly been on a C.A.T.S. course. THANK YOU!
Recent experiences with the pharmacy have been 5 star. Yes sometimes medications need ordering or prescription not yet come from the gp but this is by no means the pharmacies fault.
All discrepancies have been sorted propmlty and been very helpful with my mums medications.

Now the pharmacy is under new management the service has improved dramatically. The staff are very helpful and ensure that the customers are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
It's great that Fairfield has a pharmacy but the staff are really unfriendly. Just been to pick up a prescription and was asked to wait for a few minutes while the staff had a discussion about what they were doing.
Every time I go in, I come away feeling frustrated.
As a carer I use this pharmacy for my client all the time,I’ve found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Nicci who has gone out of her way on several occasions to deliver heavy medication for my client, she is always friendly, polite and helpful, I would highly recommend using this pharmacy, ask for Nicci you won’t be disappointed
