I didn't have any work done at the shop, as I just dropped in for a valuation. The member of staff who I dealt with, was very friendly, polite and explained all my options. He then went over the costings and the expected time for completion. I asked if it could be done on certain days and they were more than happy to accommodate. This garage's at the end of a drive and can be quite tight getting in and out, though I managed to do a 3ish point turn outside. All in all does seem to be a nice place to go.
I just got my car fixed this week and I'm happy about the service. The price is fair and the quality is good. Paul has done a great job.

Got a great deal on a nice Renault traffic, Chris was open and honest. He gave me a great part ex price on my transit. He even trusted me to take it away when, because his banks website was down, he couldn't confirm that the money had gone in.

Brought a van from here and dealt with chris, what can I say extremely professional service from the moment I spoke with him. Very honest not like some dealers we are having a few issues with van nothing major he is travelling over 30 miles to bring a courtesy vehicle taking mine back to fix a few minor faults amazing service.
Shame other dealers dont act more like chris :-) would definitely recommend and use again
