Really nice pharmacists - one of very few pharmacies that treat everyone equally no matter what you’re there for. They are super polite and friendly to addicts/those on methadone/Subutex etc and previously I’ve been spoken down to etc at other pharmacies (such as Day Lewis) every pharmacist here is so nice and friendly & compassionate. Man on front desk is a little unfriendly at times but other than that it’s one of the best pharmacies in the area. Highly recommended
The most unprofessional unreliable pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Staff are rude and customer service is non existent. I have been meaning to leave a review about them for a while and after my last visit here this is what happened: i handed in a prescription and went to collect it the next day. They tell me they only have 1 of the 2 medications and that the other will be ready to collect the next day. I explain that its urgent and that i will definitely need the medication as it was for a respiratory condition. I asked if it will definitely be ready the next day or not as if not i can take the prescription to another pharmacy and collect it. Again they reassure me and promise it will be ready to collect the next day. So it's now day 3, and sure enough, it still isn't ready. 2 days later, it still isn't ready. In the end, i demanded my prescription and took it to another pharmacy up the road, and thankfully my medication was ready within 20 mins. What a waste of time this place should be closed down as they make promises regarding meds and let u down which has a serious effect on patients. They just got to be honest with people as lieing about medication for sales/profit is a serious matter. Also this is just based on my last visit as mentioned I have had bad experiences with this place on at least 10 separate occasions - FA STRANGE indeed ????
Staff were friendly and I received the quickest most pain free vaccine I've ever been given. . As someone who doesn't like needles I really appreciated that
Local pharmacy also for flu and COVID jabs. The Central booking system was messy the day I was there and they do allow the occasional walk ins for both jabs. Even though my appointment was reasonably on time, one can expect slight delays. Friendly people especially the pharmacist.
I have used this chemists for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly, polite and helpful. What more can you ask for???

What an amazing chemist! I'm pregnant and urgently in need of antibiotics. My address is a little far but the lovely pharmacist put my health first and offered to have my medication delivered. All 11 other pharmacies I called didn't offer to help in any way. Its nice to know this chemist cares about our needs and understands priorities. Excellent service. ????
The dispensing staff are really nice especially the lady with the headscarf and glasses. They are very helpful. But the man at the counter is rude and doesn't like serving customers. Pharmacist is ok. He needs to be more professional with his staff, e.g shouting at his staff in front of customers. Overall it's a good pharmacy
