Second time re-cooked someone's fries sold for me. 35% uneatable rock solid. 45% eatable, but empty and dry overcooked. Other 20% barely on the quality line. Slammed in the tray with cooking oil, still feeling plastic taste sometimes. Poor standards. Some food there is really nice, but sometimes they trying to trick you. Watch out, double check what you get. Stay safe.
Normally use express grill but never again. My wife as always had cod and chips , when he wrapped the fish and chips up the fish broke but he carried on wrapping. When we unwrapped it to put on the plate at home the smell was horrendous, there's no way he couldn't have known the fish was very off. I Will never use express grill again and nor will any of my family. Putrid fish could of made my wife very sick. Please, please be very careful if you use express grill. Just look at the photos of the fish before you risk using them.
Ordered off just eat, and was late so I phoned express grill they had no idea on the whereabouts of driver, told me to try and connect just eat about it. When it's there job to track the driver. Never got my order in the end. Fuming
Ordered a Kebab with Mayo, Salad, Chips and a drink on Uber Eats, only received a Pitta with meat inside, no dressing no salad nothing, and often mix up orders and lack any additional you add.
The food is great when they get it right, but that's becoming rarer and rarer if you don't go there in person.

Being using this for 5 years since we moved here. Very good quality kebabs and quick service. Good price and always open when we need, only had one bad meal from this place when we use it regularly.
It is okay. The chips can be hit and miss some have black bits on.
