Wow, wow, wow.
Everything was exotic, the food, the host, and the decor.
We'll definitely be back.
The smells and tastes were amazing. Very, very generous portion sizes. Make sure you go with an empty tummy. The food was ever so flavoursome. The poppadoms and dips!! No words to describe them. All the dips were handmade on site. Then for the mains, lamb just disintegrated in the mouth.
It also wasn't hard to pay for either. Very reasonable.
Would highly recommend.
Lamb Rogan josh , tofu korma, vegetable dopiaza, assortment of side dishes, all good size portions, all fresh made , waiter was very attentive and pleasant, very nice and refreshing warm hand wipes at the end of the meal, we will be back , it a great wee gem.
Popped in here after hearing good reports from friends. Couldn’t fault the food, service or menu. The food was not too spicy, really nice aromatic subtle tastes and clearly good produce with no artificial colouring and additives. Marked the atmosphere down purely because it was mid week and very quiet. Otherwise the review would be 5 stars all the way. Will be back

The owner was extremely pleasant and very attentive, kept us topped up with drinks, and asked if we thought there was anything needed to improve within the restraunt/food. Everything was perfect, thanks for a great night ????
2nd meal at the exotic kitchen tonight. Food is fresh, excellent flavours and great portion sizes. Paul is a wonderful friendly host and even treated us to a meal for our 1 year old. We had the railway lamb and the South Indian garlic chilli with tiger prawns and it was fabulous. Looking forward already to our next visit.
Had dinner at exotic tonight and it was amazing. The food was all cooked fresh and was very tasty. We had veggie options and they were the best Indian veggie dishes we've had. Great attentive friendly staff and owner. Would highly recommend.
Delighted to have found this absolute gem. We started with poppadoms and homemade pickles, mango chutney, spiced onions, and tamarind sauce. The mango chutney and spiced onions were especially good.
The haggis pakora was the best we've had in Scotland.
For mains, I had the lamb dopiaza and my partner the lamb rogan josh. The lamb was so tender it was falling apart. Flavourful, fragrant, delicious. We're excited to go back and to introduce friends to this fantastic restaurant. Wishing you only success. It will be well deserved.
Got a takeaway from this place last night. Absolutely delicious, esp the lamb rogan josh, the lamb just fell apart. The owner is a really nice guy and explained how everything is cooked as healthy as possible. The portion sizes are generous too. I will defo be back for a sit in meal. Thanks again.
