Absolutely dreadful service, they have had my prescription for 4 weeks and still have still not successfully ordered the medication. I will not be using them again.
This place is a shambles. Went in on a Saturday and the staff didn’t have a log in for the tills so couldn’t take any card payments. Next time I went in waiting for 20 mins then to be told no card payments only cash. Didn’t help that I only had Apple Pay available. Everyone Iv spoke to in this chemist dosent have a good word to say.

Ewell House Pharmacy came to the rescue answering the phone promptly, having adequate stock and fitting in a consultation and prescription just before closing.
My girlfriend felt very comfortable with the staff who were, kind, understanding and helpful.
As we’re new to the area, this is a great first impression and we’ll certainly be returning.
As full time carer for my 90 year old Father, I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful pharmacy.
Always friendly and professional, nothing seems too much trouble. My GP faxes prescriptions direct to them, and the copious medicines my Dad needs are ready to simply be picked up ~ always ready to go when I call in!
On occasion, when a drug has been out of stock, it has been delivered out of hours by a staff member, direct to my door!
As the previous reviewer said, they always go the extra mile.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY
I tried to support this pharmacy but wow. How is is possible you wait 2WEEKS FOR YOUR prescription. The staff are very rude. One told me to be quiet and stop complaining about not getting my prescription & that he has real clients in his store, although I was also there to collect my medication. TRASH establishment. I wish I could have added a picture of the staff members so everybody would be able to see him and make sure they do not encounter with him. If I could give 0 stars then I would.
Been here twice and every time there has been a big queue with the staff and managers talking to one customer rather than one talking and one serving.
Also been served medication that was close to its expiration date, asked for a full receipt for insurance purposes and was given a card machine receipt.
I love this pharmacy. The friendliest and most helpful staff. They always ask after you and have good products and advice xxx
Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Can get in prescriptions if they don't have enough stock the next day. Friendly people, recommend.
