UPDATE 04 January 2024 - another fantastic experience at Every Auto, this time fixing my daughter's car. Front wipers fixed, sorted rear wiper, all under 3 hours and for a really good price. If you're looking for a reliable garage, who offer a wide range of repairs , service etc, then look no further
Had my car collected today for a service only. Paid for this service online and then was rang by service stop to pay for extra work to be done, don’t use this service if you’re wanting to just pay for the service as they’ll make you pay more. Should have paid £113 and ended up paying £389!! Think they took the mick more because I’m a woman and wasn’t aware of not needing to pay this extra money!!
Left my car there for service and to check my brakes.
The garage return the car said nothing wrong with brakes, when i drive the rear brake was grinding and bearly moving the wheels.
Rang RAC to check and they said not to drive as unsafe.
Had to change caliper disc and pads, couldn’t put my family in danger
Clearly this garage dont know how to check car for brakes .
The return my car there was bottle of beer on passenger seat , driver didn’t look ok to operate vehicle.
Absolutely disservice and disappointment.
Would not recommend to anyone this place.
This garage was recommended to me by the AA, flexi pipe had split on my Golf, took the car down and it was fixed a few hours later, very fast service and friendly staff, great job on my car, booked my MOT at the same time!
I am about to file a police complaint about these people. Do not get involved with them, they are scammers. They work with ServicingStop and charged £809.00 on top of the initial £186.00 for a single service. They hold onto your car until you pay up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
