Amazing little organic shop! Last week I saw some berries etc with no plastic packaging but this week it was plastic again, but looks like they're moving to the right direction ???? the veg and fruit from here is lovely and the shop looks really pretty too!
This use to be a lovely place ,you got lovely fresh vegetables, mushrooms, a wonderful organic vegan soup that was gluten free ,always sold out fast and the staff were lovely, then it all changed the vegetables were either rotten or manky ,no soup anymore, and different staff each time you went in .not supposed this place has closed down now ,mostly due to cutting corners and bad management
A posh nosh shop in the centre of Tavistock; a quaint market town in Devon. Well worth a visit, whether you're local or staying nearby. Stock up on all the essentials from organic farm produce, fresh deli meats and cheeses to the odd tipple or few. There's plenty to make a meal out of and the best bit is you'll be supporting a great local business too!
With Dartmoor National Park on the doorstep, you could pop in to pick up some picnic essentials or simply top up your weekly shop with a few eats and treats. There's plenty of excuse to stop by and say hello to the friendly staff at Eversfield Organic.

The music is seriously loud. Why does the music have to be so loud!? I've made several attempts to shop here in the last few weeks and each time, I have had to leave without buying anything.
My family will not shop there anymore...started back in 2018 when they opened. :(
We knowingly paid more for their products to support local jobs. The selection WAS unique. NOW it's equal or sub par to Waitrose.
RED FLAG: the fantastic manager was let go, brought back and let go again! No more great sage advice and lovely atmosphere at all!
NOT CONSCIOUS: No more reductions on passed date items v(lots of them), means more wastage.
RED FLAG: High turnover of staff lately. We count 5/6 gone.
RED FLAG: No permanent manager on duty.
NOW just a glorified coffee stand with expensive cakes and music that's a too loud.

This place is shut now, only operates online I was told. Wasted trip today sadly.
The shop appears to have gone out of business with notices in the window to this effect.
On the high street in Tavistock, this shop is a must go to for anyone interested in their health, the planet and well being.
It's got a really good selection of organic bread, fruit and veg, coffees, teas, deli, wine...and you can take your time thinking about what you want over a lovely coffee sat in the window. Another great asset for Tavistock and a big thumbs up from me to the owners behind this smashing shop and the friendly staff running it.
