Best KPortal Reviews

I'm really sorry as I hate to leave a bad review, however, I have to be honest. This was our 1st time trying Nepalese food from this restaurant. At the point of ordering, we were told it would be 25-30 minutes. I thought this was a bit ambitious, and fair enough, it was more towards an hour, but appreciated them delivering the food. The food was well packaged and nice and hot. We enjoyed the breads, samosa, onion bhaji and the rice, but the chicken dishes (curry and tandoori) were incredibly salty, and just didn't taste like chicken - more like gammon. Very odd, like the meat is preserved in saline and not cooked out?
I ordered the thali set. This was very disappointing and incomplete.
Overall, at £40, it wasn't value for money, and as we couldnt eat it all, due to the saltiness, I'm afraid we wouldn't order from here again.
Only just dipped my toe in but fabulous food and wonderful owners.
Lovely place, I come here regularly for my lunch as I work from home just around the corner. The food is very competitively priced and I love the large bowl of Thukpa (Noodle soup) Approx £5, really tasty and made with the amount of spice you like.
Great food once again, If you like Indian then I recommend that you try Nepalese. I have never had a bad meal here and the owner is very good, recommend Momo and any of the starter meats and also like the Thali set. If you are unsure of the menu then the owner will help you through it. Picture is of Momo and Sukuti.
Hi guys it’s not like we hate this restaurant THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW (no hate)We’ve always use to order food form this restaurant but today was NOT ACCEPTABLE Today We ate MOMO with my family and the momo was too sweet and not only one person every person in my family complained about the sweetness in THE MOMO and we called the owner and the chef talked to us and the way she sounded was not acceptable confidence is okay but over confidence is not okay everyone makes mistakes have to accept it but she was too confidence about her food which is not good for the consumer HONESTLY THAT’S RUDE????
Lovely place that’s a locals’ favourite. When I went there was a laidback vibe. The food was tasty and the owner was very friendly. The thali for lunch was good, though don’t come in a rush as I think it took at least 45 minutes to arrive (though it was all cooked fresh so I’m happy to wait). Eager to try out the other dishes, which I think could be even better
Incredible food, lovely people, great value and cheap beer! Can't wait to go back
Really good food, nice service and well priced with enough veggie options not to feel second best. We will be back!
