My sister and I found the staff very understanding polite and helpful, also very cheerful. They have thankfully taken on my mothers prescriptions after the closure of her local pharmacist as they come in the blister packs and not every pharmacy do that now. We had a few teething problems, but the staff and our Drs (who I think oversight it was) were very apologetic and sorted it very quickly between them. Which is just what we need as carers. Thank you!
I literally cannot believe this pharmacy can continue to run the way it is. It's almost comical how bad the service and staff are and their ability to fulfil prescriptions.
Not sure what problems people are having, but I contact the Drs, they send my perscription over, job done.
Pleasent friendly staff always happy to help, never hanging about very long while they bag it up although perhaps I go out of peak hours. Still can't complain based on my experiene they're great.

Supposedly under new ownership which may explain it.
Sadly have suffered unnecessary pain as a result of their choices with my medication which weren't expected or communicated.
Unlikely to go out of my way any more to support a small business when Boots is just around the corner.
As the positive the front door finally got adjusted and they actually open now. I’m a regular there probably every 3weeks and I have never went and had smooth service there always is a “search” for my meds even tho there is four people there nearly every time I go, the counter always is messy with things all over it. One of the ladies is quite rude made me stood at the counter for good 10min until the other came round and explained what’s going on. I hope things would change as it’s the only pharmacy in Evercreech..
I have never had any problems whatsoever, the pharmacist and also staff have given help and advice over the years and have even correctly diagnosed.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. They guided where to get emergency prescription as I left my medicines at home.
