Terrible Experience: Avoid This Vehicle Repair Shop at All Costs!
I had the most dreadful experience at Euro Motors Camden, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Not only did their main mechanic severely damage my car's engine, but the shop also refused to take responsibility for their negligence and refused to compensate me for the repairs. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
I initially took my vehicle with high hopes, expecting quality service from their supposedly skilled mechanics. Unfortunately, it quickly became evident that their expertise was severely lacking. The main mechanic assigned to my car demonstrated a complete disregard for proper care and attention to detail. Instead of fixing the issue I brought the car in for, he managed to cause even more damage to the engine.
When I approached the management about the situation and presented clear evidence of the mechanic's mistake, they displayed an appalling level of indifference and unwillingness to rectify the situation. They not only denied any responsibility but even had the audacity to suggest that the damage was pre-existing, despite my car being in excellent condition prior to their "service."
The lack of accountability shown by these people are absolutely disgraceful. Instead of standing behind their workmanship and taking responsibility for their actions, they shifted the blame onto me, the customer. It is truly disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a refusal to acknowledge their own mistakes.
Considering the damage caused to my car's engine and the terrible treatment I received, I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle here. Their main mechanic's incompetence and the shop's unwillingness to take responsibility for their actions make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any repair or maintenance needs.
Masum is a complete ans utter con artist , he will damage your car then take no responsibility. Very sneaky and underhanded , a total scammer.
Everything that is touched which isn't a basic job is damaged.
He also has extortionate prices.
The company is not registered under Masum name as he is banned from being a director due to fraud . This man is a liar . Changes whole alternators when nothing needs changing, doesn't change oil filter but changes only oil , doesn't touch air filter either but tells you he has serviced.
I had a vehicle recovered here after a breakdown . Masum hid the vehicle on a nearby street and told me the police impounded the vehicle before he could get to it In the morning as it was blocking another garage door .
My car is insured and taxed and not of any police interest so I knew Masum was lying. He then told me he could get my car back if I gave him authority to which I knew was a blatant lie, as the police would not release a car to anyone other than the owner.
I made a quick call to the police to clear my doubts.
I then had a quick look of the local streets to find my car parked and damaged by Masum . Whilst he was writing up a massive impound invoice.
I took my car with my second key and demanded Masum return My other he had Given to him by the breakdown service.
He sells hajj tickets too don't buy from thus scammer.
AVOID AVOID .
His employees are also In on the scam.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! The service is really disappointing. Very unreasonably over priced ! I had a full service done on my car and came back with more problems to fix up myself. I’m spending more money now to repair their faults.
Called half hour before closing on a Friday. They said come down on the phone and luckily fixed the problem straight away, and didn't charge !!! Excellent service.. my new garage ????
AVOID AVOID AVOID! The worst garage ever and the owner Masum is very dishonest and a crook.
My BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer had an issue with the DriveTrain, they charged me £600 to fix the issue. After two weeks the sign came back on, it was clear that they did not fix the issue. When I went back to them they said call back and come. I called many times, Masum then blocked my number. Thieves the lot of them.
NEVER USE THIS GARAGE.
Very Friendly Staff members. Specially Mr Rimon was very helpful and always communicate with me with the progress of the job.
They worked on my high end vehicle and I was satisfied.
I will recommend any one for the body works.
I don't know why there are negative reviews for this garage?
Definitely I will visit again.
