I ordered a kebab over the phone, and specified twice that I didn't want onions. "All the salad except for onions. So no onions."
Guess what it contained when I got it? Yep, onions.
I only discovered this once I'd got home. I rang the shop and spoke to Nico, who was extremely rude, made no apology and did nothing to help.
It would be so bad if it had been cheap, but it was £14 for a kebab.
Even if it hadn't been tainted by the 500g of raw onions that were in it, the kebab was small and hardly worth the price.
I used to go to this place regularly, but never again!

I’ve eaten in and taken out meals from Special K since 2007. My kids, when younger, used to love coming here and getting chips and the guys would give them lollies. Friendly staff and family run business. Always looked after me at lunch times when I used to work in Esher and now my family for special take away treats at weekend. Food always fresh and full of flavour. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Best K for years and can say they make the best kebabs. Grilled chicken kebab for lunch is tasty and very healthy. Definitely recommend these guys
Good fresh food, big portions and good prices. Staff are friendly and polite. You can either dine in or takeaway. I recommend a lot.
Staff are rude and arrogant
The kebabs are tiny and when spoke to them about it with a photo they said it wasn’t from there
Complete rip off what there charging and they are cutting the chicken shish pieces in half not giving full portion. Absolutely disgusting to treat your regular customers this way.

This is a good place to dine. All staff are friendly and food is of top quality. Nico, the owner runs the resturant very smoothly and their customer service is excellent
