Very conveniently located Pharmacy. Always met with friendly smiles by the staff behind the counter. I've been fortunate enough to have benefitted from some great medical advice whenever I have visited. At a time when GP appointments are difficult to access, this is both a godsend and a vital service to the local community. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Inaccessible for disabled folks due to the absolutely huge step up. Also almost impossible to get them to answer their phone. 4 rings and it goes to answerphone. I need to speak to someone, not leave a message for a callback at an unspecified time.
I have used their delivery service before and it was really good which is why I'm trying to use them again but very frustrated at the inability to reach them and actually arrange delivery!
If you can't answer your phone, we can't arrange delivery. And if you can't answer your phone at all for hours on end, you also won't be checking the messages
I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff. We were given a very quick and professional service when bringing in our prescription. I have been to others in area not so good to be honest.
Had a great experience at this Pharmacy. They not only stock the meds that other pharmacies don’t seem to have but also deliver promptly. The staff are very customer focused and always have time for you to answer questions and really look after the medical side of things. Will be sending my family here too.
