I'd recommend this garage to anyone. I called Tai looking to mot my car at very short notice and he inconvenienced himself to fit me in in incredibly quickly. First class service.
Had my car MOTd here in the summer. I asked Tai to looks at the brakes as it was skidding and I was assured that they were properly looked at. I'm now sat in a completely different garage being told my car is not only a write off but the brakes haven't been touched, despite my having been billed for it. I've photos of the evidence and the mechanic has told me straight up "that was a bent MOT".
I knew something wasn't right when I drove off in May but I told myself it's because I know nothing about cars and needed to trust what this guy is doing. Next time I'll trust my gut.
Tahir came out to my house and fixed up my car in no time, he was lovely and super reliable, highly recommend this garage for anything you need done, will definitely revisit again.
I would give this more than a five star garage if I could. They are quick and reliable. And friendly. Best services ever ❤️
Called up to get my rear brake lights fixed and they were able to do it immediatley! Very friendly people and a good price
So, I don’t usually complain but this was needed. Tai was friendly but this company seems dodgy and a scam.
They kept my car for nearly a whole week, promising updates that were never given.
This car has a black box in it so I was notified when they drove my car for a little joy ride, taking 1hr20mins and speeding! My speed score dropped to a negative number!! (-5) I never speed, so was outraged as the score was so bad my insurance policy could be cancelled. I asked why it was driven and he said it was to check the brakes but Halfords only took 2minutes checking the brakes! And they didn’t speed! Also, Tai, if you’re not the actual mechanic, why was it him that drove the car so far in the first place? Why not wait for the mechanic to examine the car? So sounds like a lie and just sounds fishy.
When asking for my car back, they said they’d ordered all the parts already but still don’t know which parts the car needs and what’s wrong with the car - that doesn’t make any sense? Why order parts yet then! I think they only told me this in the hopes that I would keep my car there, as at this point I was asking for a time I could just collect my car back.
The actual mechanic (only one there) is never in. Sad but this was disappointing disservice. Out of this, I only lost a quarter of my petrol tank and the brake pads & discs have got worse because of their little joyride! Avoid, I know it may seem cheaper but don’t go for this garage. Waste of time.

Cannot praise Ensign enough! Coil spring and top mount had gone on my car, and they fit me in the next day to fix it! Staying late to get the work done too! Great service, lovely staff and great value! Would massively recommend to anyone in Swansea looking for any repairs at all!
I rang on Saturday for emergency appointment to fix a leaking water hose. The mechanic Brian was very honest and the owner and gave me a cheap fix. Could of cost me hundreds more. I will definitely use as the garage to go for repairs .
