Can’t recommend Gary at Englands garage enough! Perfect job every time- always goes the extra mile. I trust him so much with my car he always does the right thing and treats the car like its his own. Always honest and trustworthy!
I called in to ask advice as to whether the engine noise my Astra had developed was serious. I was on holiday in the area so was concerned to know whether I could still drive the car etc. The two guys I spoke to were absolutely excellent, explained what was wrong and reassured me that the car was fine to drive until I got back to London. And they gave me advice on the best fish and chips in the area!
This garage has looked after my car for a few years now. I have always found them to be trustworthy and reliable. The workmanship is excellent, the service is second to none and the price is extremely competitive. No matter how busy they are someone always has time to talk to you, and they don't talk down to you. This is the best small garage I have ever dealt with
I developed a fault code on my Ford Kuga and phoned the main dealer - who booked it in for 10 days' hence!!! I was concerned so when I was passing this garage popped in to see if they had a diagnostic tool. Not only did Gary diagnose the fault he spent time discussing various options with me. He suggested I took it back to the main dealer as he thought the work should not be necessary from the mileage on my vehicle, even though he could have done the work himself. The ultimate gold star was that he didn't charge me for his time ... shame the main dealers don't follow his example!! I will go back if I need work in the future!
Although very busy my car was fitted in and the brakes were done. Very obliging and good value for money I will be taking our cars to him in future thank you.
