I have just had an appointment for an extraction with Jonathan Lam.
My tooth had cracked, the filling had fallen out and there was an infection too. Not the best of circumstances!!
However, the extraction was painless and quick. Mr Lam and his assistant were extremely professional and caring. They explained everything to me beforehand very carefully. I could barely believe that it was all over so quickly and painlessly.
They went above and beyond, as did Lisa on Reception, who did everything to get me seen to quickly. Miss Nabi was also very helpful.

Great team and superb Service, I am the most nervous person you can meet when it comes to dentist work. From the front Desk to the dentist and assistents they really do care and all do a great job. Well done and special thanks to Bethany and her team, fantastic work

Received amazing treatment over the last few months from Lisa Clifford and team. Even with the shortage of appointment availability they did their best to get my treatments done as quickly and as smoothly as possible. It’s not an ideal situation at present but I appreciated every effort made. Becoming unwell during my appointment every effort was made to assure me and assist me in feeling better with no rush through the appointment, receiving the understanding and time needed to recover. Painless treatment with sound advice given. An experience I would rather not endure but none the less made easier by the understanding and professional staff. Thank you for all your efforts
Miss Wasty and Dawn are fantastic with me. Great support, clear description of the treatments about to be given and what to expect and always communicating in a calm, friendly and professional manner. Never afraid to visit with these ladies looking after me. Reception staff helpful and professional and will offer nearer appointments if they are available before your booking. Can’t fault the place, still covid safe, clean and always friendly. Thank you
Had an awful toothache over the weekend. Contacted surgery first thing Monday. They got me an emergency appointment straight away. Had tooth removed same day.All staff wonderful and helped put me at ease. Mr Sameet and dental nurse particularly kind.
I was recently seen by Sebastian Cano after years of letting my teeth get gradually worse and I feel like I can finally breathe a sigh of relief. It was the best dentist appointment I've ever had, he was patient, listened to what I had to say and he (and his assistant - didn't catch her name, sorry) reassured and put me at so much ease that I don't even feel nervous about all of my future treatment/appointments. I was absolutely paralysed with fear before, now I can't recommend/thank this dentist enough and my treatments not even started yet.
