I wanted an implant but was nervous about what was involved.Dr Arwel Jones fully explained the procedure and put me at ease throughout the process.
I am absolutely delighted with the result.
This is an excellent dental practice that provides a first class professional service, with skilled dentists that you can trust . This practice has enabled me to smile again, due to the work that was undertaken by Dr Neil Jones. In addition my family have confidence in visiting the dentist, due to the professionalism and skills of Dr Neil Jones and the excellent staff that are part of this practice.

Tooth ache started overnight. I rang up at 8am. Emergency appointment at 11 15am same day.
I have dental phobia so this was not easy for me. I explained to "Lisa" dentist and she said, she would take it out now so I don't worry all weekend. Fast action anaesthesia and with absolutely no pain, tooth was out in less than 5 minutes.
The relief of helping me over my phobia.
So thank you Lisa and indeed all the staff, who are always very polite and pleasant. Can't wait to go back again, (nearly).
Extremely happy with all aspects of the dental care I have received here over the last couple of years. They take time to explain any procedures needed and cost. They staff are always very welcoming. This is by far the best dental practice I have been with. They always put me at ease when I have received any treatment.

I became a patient of Neil around two years ago, and I can't thank him and his team enough for restoring my confidence, enabling me to smile again! I required quite a bit of work, which included replacing a lost tooth. Neil explained in detail to me what work was required, including a breakdown of the cost. An additional plus for me was that I didn't feel any of the injections into the gum. After the dental work was completed, I received several phone calls to check that I wasn't in pain and that all was well. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
