One of the worst breakfasts I've had. All tinned food, not a fresh tomato In sight. The sausages are rank, soft and mushy. Go down the road to another place which offers fresh produce. I got home and was actually sick from the food here. Never again.
I witnessed the staff including "chef" outside smoking and swearing, even when there was a child nearby. No one washed their hands after returning from a cigarette either, and I could see the hand wash sinks in plain sight.
This cafe should be inspected, as I would suggest it's 2 or 3 star hygiene at best. I will be reporting as it was absolutley disgusting.
Honestly the worst breakfast I've ever had. Stay clear. A typical dirty greasy spoon.
I am a regular customer as are many others who return daily and weekly of Emily’s eatery, and I am disgusted by the previous review. Did Leah actually ask if she could have fresh tomatoes, as I have changed before.
As for cleanliness I am a very picky customer where hygiene is concerned and have yet to find any serious dirt issues, and I have actually witnessed on many occasions staff washing their hands after going outside.
As for the rest of Leah’s review she hadn’t even finished her review before telling people to go down the road, sounds to me she’s promoting her friends cafe
Today, our Mini Car Club had a breakfast meet at Emily's, and it was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed ourselves to much we are making it a monthly event.
Ordered a salad sandwich it wad so bad I had to throw it away. Dry teacake, cheap salad, large chunks of onion and turkey/chicken not sure what it was that was really wet. Very poor and very disappointed.
Great place to eat in and take out - have been a customer through the lockdowns
And glad to be able to eat in - Lookes really cool now with the refubishment

Anyone who wants proper food from nice and friendly staff this is the place to come, me and my pals work within the area and this place is honestly the best.
They couldn't do enough for us.
The cafe is clean and hygienic and the food is absolutely amazing… personal recommendation “bronte bomb”

Wow … this is by far the best place to go for a quick bite. Their breakfast is cooked to perfection. This is my second visit within a week and the food is just as good as my first visit. Absolutely faultless.The young gentleman who served us was very friendly. Sherri assured us on our first visit that we wouldn’t be disappointed and wow,she was 100% right. The cafe itself is very clean and extremely welcoming. Love reading all the wall plaques. Cannot wait for my next visit. A real gem of a place.
Had my driving lesson and the car went for a quick fix at Brontë tyres. Driving instructor took me here, ordered a sausage sandwich very tasty.
