allways found the reception staff to be extremely rude, and even been shouted at for asking questions about the repair being done at the time . but since they allways seem to do a good job we carried on being costumers .
a couple days ago the car wouldn't start so we had to call the AA, which seems to have misdiagnosed it, since it didn't start again today, so my partner phoned elms vale and explained the situation, and told them we would like an actual garage to diagnose and repair it . their answer was "Get the AA to diagnose it again" and just hung up the call.
Absolutely brilliant garage. I trust their work and decisions when putting my car in for its MOT and any follow-up work or any additional repairs. So knowledgeable. Definitely the best garage in Dover. Would recommend them without hesitation.
I've used Elm's Vale Garage for years and have experienced amazing service on every occasion. From regular servicing (high mileage for work), puncture repair, tyre changes, through to recent cambelt change and flywheel & clutch change out.

Took my car in for a repair that didn’t fix the problem I was having with it. Instead, the problem was caused by another issue which they fixed. They were open and honest about the repairs and only charged me for the repair that was actually causing the issue. Their honesty saved me a lot money! Had they not told me I wouldn’t have known either way so I am very grateful.
I would highly recommend Elms Vale Garage…this is a team who you can trust your car and your money with!!
