Prices in this shop are shocking. Much, much more expensive than ALL other chemists in the same area. They get a lot of business from the doctors surgery next door, so the owners really take advantage.

The staff are good, prescriptions are usually fine. But don't let them rip you off. Don't buy from here.

Absolute shambolic service! And no apologies. Where is the staff train? Every interaction I have had is average at best and shambolic , that ´s the last straw , yesterday phoned to make sure my prescription was ready , they said yes we are getting it ready for you now , got my prescription only to find that they gave me my other medication, when I specifically said on the phone which one I wanted. Then today when to pick it up up again, and they could not find it , I waited 25 min on my lunch hour , only for them to find it just behind the counter. They had a good laugh at the end about how they could not find it , but no eyes contact with me , no apologies , nothing , just because they are draining the direct business from Annandale surgery ,does not mean you have to be incompetent or lacking of commercial skills. Lately do not give all the meds. Have to chase and go back 3 times! This needs sorting. They used to be amazing.
I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to the area 8 years ago and I would never change it. Since falling ill a few years ago I am in there weekly for my medication and I am always greeted nicely by the staff. They are all so helpful and work super fast. They are brilliant for advice on health matters and medications too. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant team - so helpful and friendly. They always try to help and if something is out of their control they advise me on what I can do (liaising with the GPs etc). Very quick and efficient.

I have been using the pharmacy for several years and find them to be very helpful, friendly and efficient. Very surprised about the negative reviews as that has certainly not been my experience dealing with my repeat prescriptions for many years now.
