Really easy to find woman on desk was really helpful she was so kind and could easily help me what I was looking for and answered any of my questions she then appointed me with another worker to help me with my car he was helpful I couldn’t get there names but they was the most helpful people that iknow I was there for about 5 mins or less to pick up my car that was inpounded . I would give these 5 star service any day of the week so nice and sweet

Despite an ordeal of car being towed away and feeling awful. The two receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful to my son and myself when retrieved they do a difficult job but have a good aura and explained everything to us. Bridget and Paddy
I am ringing to confirm the pick up of my Kia Picanto SR7 tomorrow Monday 10 June 2019. However I can't get through again. I have been calling since 09.20am Sunday 9 June 2019. It is now 10.0am and I am still trying!! I have to speak to them so this is my day!
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
My vehicle was sent here by the police following an accident. Before the recovery agents could take the vehicle they emptied it of all contents and then stated that there was nothing in the vehicle. It was taken there at 8pm and attempted to be collected at 9.30am the following morning. Even though I had been in a serious accident they would not release the vehicle to my insurer until I had paid for 2 full days of their "service".
My advice to anyone in the North West area would be to not let the police recover their vehicle to this company following an accident. My insurer said he had never dealt with such a bunch of sharks in his life and they way they dealt with them was utterly disgusting.
Rude arrogant doesn't answer the phone. No care for your vehicle as the lad on the forklift literally slammed my car down on the road.
