Really like Elite. They have never disappointed. Very professional, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. We have taken the cars in for MOT, services and for problems. Always sorted them out. I feel they go the extra mile. They are easy to get through to on the phone. Would highly recommend!
I took my car for some warranty work and was very happy with the service and standard of work. The two members of staff i spoke to were quite polite and decent. I would have no issues with using their services again.
Locking system went on my volvo xc60. This was under warranty..2 short phone calls and Elite sorted everything with my RAC warranty, car fixed in less than 48 hours. Very impressed. Polite and helpful.

So after a bad experience with another garage and desperate to get my car fixed to get back to work I called Elite and Jay. I called them at 4.30 Monday night crossing everything hoping I'd be fit in asap. Jay fit me in the next morning, parts were delivered by 9.30am and car was ready around 1pm. The price was almost 300 less than the other, sexist, garage and work is superb again. Elite has a good team and Jay has become a name in our household for someone who cares about their community, people around them and about their own integrity.
Great work on a tricky problem. Bunch of warning lights randomly coming on. Diagnosed an electrical problem. Changed battery which didn't solve it. The guys in the garage offered to put the old battery back but it wasn't by any means new so I kept it. It had to be the alternator so took the car in for this to be done . It transpired that this was far from an easy job. The air conditioning compressor had to be taken out first!.That meant degassing! Throughout all the guys kept smiling and returned my car in perfect order. Can really recommend Elite if you need a reliable capable team.
Only complaint - freezing in the waiting area. That said waiting area is clean and comfortable. Has hand sanitiser and a bell for assistance.
Staff that I have met are knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and good manners.
