Contacted this shop out of the blue looking for Rainex as my window wipers motor had broken & needed a quick fix until the part arrived and Halfords in Irvine has now closed the nearest is Kilmarnock or Ayr it was heavy rain so this wasn't an option.
Paul was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond & double checked that I wasn't being ripped off by a garage claiming I needed a part that wasn't required, he checked with many fuses that continually kept blowing and stopped the motor on wipers from working, so he diagnosed correctly that it wasn't the fuse that had gone. Would highly recommend!
Great service when I needed number plates urgently, they were at the shop within an hour.
First class service today. The parts I needed for my car were out of stock. However the staff were able to source elsewhere and deliver to my house in Kilmarnock within an hour. Absolute stars.
