Tex Mex is a bit rare in Herts and good Tex Mex prepared by a genuine Texan is unique. Best damn breakfast burrito for hundreds of miles ???? Good selection of Cholula hot sauces.
I hired El Jefe Tex-Mex to provide the catering for my Mexican themed birthday party over the bank holiday. John and his team were great! Honestly, everything from the menu planning, coordinating the logistics on-site, to the extra touches like the Mexican drinks, just made the whole thing so special and I cannot thank them enough. Then there was the food, so tasty, fresh, made to order and I’m still getting compliments about it. If I have the energy to do another Mexican themed party again, I will be back!!

John and his Co workers are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food really super fresh and delicious and they don't skimp on quantity, either. My go to for anytime. So nice to have them land in Harpenden. Highly recommended.
10/10 authentic Tex Amex cuisine. If anyone is walking or driving past, I highly recommend stopping. You will not be disappointed. Also John is such a kind and polite gentlemen

I had a some really good Carnitas style tacos and the were very friendly staff. I enjoyed the street food vibe and outdoor seating area.
