Freelander2 taken in to diagnose intermittent clunk on rear drive, charged £90 and told to monitor and return if fault worsens?
Yesterday I took the vehicle to an independent specialist who diagnosed the problem within 6 minutes as a broken drive shaft and then proceeded to replace it.
My thoughts on Egdon Service Station, stay away folks and take your vehicle to someone who actually knows what they are doing.
Always a great experience. The team here have looked after my Land Rover’s old and new for 6 years now. Just got them to do a service on my new L663 Defender, where they (as Authorised by LR) can deal with everything, including updating the JLR vehicle history online etc. Highly recommended. ????
