Just to say, customer service is fantastic, my car was in 2 days for routine work, however there was a fault with the sensor and I have a warranty for the part, which was dealt with as they called my warranty company and they sorted out my payment. They didn't have to but they did because they care, with a 10% discount for local people it's even more recommended to go here. Definitely will be using this garage again.

The incredible amount of passion, care and detail that went into buying my new vehicle from Jon can't be matched anywhere. I now have the car of my dreams sat on my drive, (Audi A6 Black Edition BITDI), it's absolutely perfect and my expectations of what buying a used prestige car may have been, have been blown wide apart with Jon.

Recently bought a lovely Fiesta ST here at Plymouth, and we drove all the way from Essex!
The drive may have been long, but the experience was most certainly worth it - It all started from a simple phone call!
Our salesman, Jon, was very easy to talk to, and he had run through everything so clearly, everything was very simple to understand. Once you arrive there, everything is already perfectly arranged, you are basically counting mere minutes before you walk out with your new vehicle.
I haven't ever experienced service in this calibre, even with main dealers. These guys are doing their things right!
Even though we are from Essex, it is still likely that we'll return again. Your inventory is superb and very well competitively priced.

My husband needed a repair for a baring on his nissan.We rang around and no one could help.We then tried here and was sorted in a few hours.They fixed the problem and it was so reasonable, actually thinking of making this our main garage now as only live down the road.They were so helpful and trustworthy thanks so much .
Absolute joke!!! I put my car in the garage for repairs for the clutch, the garage quoted me a lot less than anywhere else as they didn't check my car properly in the first place. ESS ended up having to order another part which has resulted in me having to pay double what I was originally quoted from them. I will now be without a car for over a week and this garage also doesn't provide courtesy cars.
