Great service and very helpful friendly staff. I had an issue with my van and I called the garage. Gary told me to bring it down and he was very quick to resolve the issue and get me back on the road. Highly recommend and thank you very much!
Thanks to Gary the owner and Jamie the mechanic for sorting my tyres and oil change when I was on holiday in Gwynedd August 2020. Well worth a visit to have a look around their superbly equipped garage. Great service, thank you.
Whilst on holiday, turned up at 9:30 on a Monday
morning and was sorted by 10, even though they were clearly busy. Low steering fluid and a pipe with a tiny hole in was diagnosed. Pipe to be repaired but fluid in and a good price. Excellent service, thanks guys. Your reviews are good and rightly so :)
They are so helpful and great service.
We had a split tyre and luckily enough we were staying nearby at Hafen Deg, we called them first thing in the morning and they were able to provide is with a new tyre and fit it for us. Great service overall - thanks so much!
These guy saved me big style . Breakdown company rescue my car basically did not help and basically abandoned us 150 miles from home . the lads at this garage diagnosed and fixed my car within the afternoon .not only that they picked me and my car up and dropped off too. . The service today was excellent . friendly people from the area helped by giving the garage number to us . thank you all .
Me and my partner drove from south Yorkshire to Wales only to get here and noticed problems with the battery so we were miles from home not knowing what to do so we used Google and randomly picked this garage which we are so glad we did! After speaking to him he said he would try and help and ring back after 2 hours which we did he said he had got us 2 batteries to make sure it was the right one.he came to our location within the next hour an fitted it!.. and we really thought it would be expensive BUT he was honest with us and the price was more than reasonable..what a lovely man and so thankful he helped us cannot recommend him enough thank you!
I would only leave a review if I receive outstanding service. This is certainly the case here. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. With a lame vehicle at the end of my holiday I was facing being stranded for 2 days waiting for a part!! Instead the boss took the part I needed off his own vehicle and I was on my way home within 2 hours. "AMAZING SERVICE THANKS "
We had a puncture this week en route for a 3 day break in the Lleyn Peninsula. Having called in at Efailrhos Garage , despite the fact that the owner had stacks of work on he dealt with the problem & fitted a new, reasonably priced, tyre within the hour. Excellent service , highly recommended & saved our bacon!
