Since yesterday, I went four times to collect my child medicine (only one medicine) . Unfortunately, every time I go there, they keep me waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. On the second time when I went, they said it's out of stock and they must order, they then told me to come before 06:30 pm hrs. However I told them I will collect tomorrow morning as I will be at work at 06:30 pm hrs. The next morning, I went there and waited for 15 minutes. No medicine had been given to me, despite 4 to 5 people working inside. I then rushed to work and left my child medicine with them. Finally, I won't use this pharmacy anymore, and I request the senior leadership of this pharmacy to review their current staff performance and efficiency towards customers rather than giving people a hard time or wasting their time.
My partner needed urgent medicine were sent here, go in and get told to wait for delivery, come back 6 hours later and they say the delivery didn't come in now my partner is crying in pain without the promised medicine. Not very happy
Surely if your stock runs out you reorder! This chemist is utter useless and his attitude stinks! Have changed to Tesco Dukes green, what a different service altogether!
The old lady is rude. When I go in there I want to see Kelly as she is always smiling and so helpful. While I'm waiting for a prescription she is soo attentive and compassionate towards her customers. When you go in ask for Kelly.
Rude and disrespectful staff who in their words state mental health isn’t their issue. They refused to look for a referral and refused to hand over their names

I am suffering from a severe skin condition (Hidradenitissuppurativa), if I don't have medication even for a day it's not good for me according to my GP. When my turn came to pick up my medicines Michelle just slammed the prescription into my hands and said " Not available " , I then asked her politely why, and if she could order them for me, she then responded "go to a better pharmacy like Tesco or Boots " and asked me to leave. I then said to her that she has received another prescription for me from my GP, she said "NO" immediately without checking. I told her my doctor sent it to you last week, she then laughed and told her colleague in a lot of sarcasm "I LOVE IT WHEN CUSTOMERS TEACH ME TO DO MY JOB" and she zoomed off the counter in anger. She then found the prescription which she lied to me about and came and handed over the packet to me in ager again. Whilst she was walking off, I told her she shouldn't be rude as the medicines are not from her pockets, she then apologises and laughed at me again. I then had a word with her manager who then explained to me that the medicines could be ordered and provided me with a solution rather then just asking me to leave. In short, there was a solution to the issue but Michelle just didn't want to advise me or take the trouble to order them for me. This is a great example of a pharmacy lacking in providing duty to care towards its patients which they are supposed to. Secondly the customer service was absolutely poor and the communication was zero.
The old lady behind the counter was extremely rude and rude. Didn’t show any respect what so ever. Was told “pharmacist isn’t here unable to give out prescription” then another lady came from behind the counter and asked to move away from the door however the pharmacy was getting full and was nowhere else to stand. I’m appalled with the service that has been shown. I will be requesting for my prescription to go somewhere else where I feel like I am a valued customer.
I wanted to give negative 5 stars but that’s not available, when a customer enters an establishment they do not need a rude person to make the experience awful, the older middle aged lady with the short peroxide blond hair needs to learn how to deal with customers in a polite and respectful way, maybe she could go on a course or is it too late at her age, I recommend early retirement it will make the majority of people who go there very happy, if you the old lady with the short blond hair is reading this please don’t mutter things under your breath and expect people not to hear, being nice is reciprocal.
