Called for an emergency appointment about 10am for a broken tooth and pain - was seen and sorted by 10:45 :).
Also had an extraction a few weeks back which went smoothly.
Overall a great and efficient service with supportive and friendly staff!!!

Such a great dentist for anxious patients. Receptionist was lovely and the Dentist, Hannah, was amazing with my treatment ensuring I had numbing gel before the needles and gave me tactics to ease my anxiety. Also gave me a glucose tablet to help avoid fainting.
Lovely Staff. Receptionists are amazing. very kind and helpful. They listen to your needs. Would recommend 100%. Hannah the dentist is brilliant ????
Really awful practice. Initially quite good with getting me booked in for appointments but they changed the appointment date/time multiple times. I received some fillings (which I'm not entirely convinced I needed) and ever since I've had tooth pain when chewing. Tried to book another appointment to have this looked at, but tried ringing at various times over two weeks and couldn't get through. Left multiple voicemails and never heard back. Literally scammed me, please avoid at all costs.
EDIT: I emailed the address as requested in the practice's reply to this review over a month ago but have not received any response. I raised it to the NHS as a formal complaint months ago and they have yet to respond to them either.
This was by far one of the worst experiences of my life. The customer service was ok. However I went to get an abcess looked at and I was told that there was no xray machine. The dentist asked if he could make a small incision in the abcess to help drain out the pus. I was not offered any anistetic or numbing cream for the abcess so I had to lie there and endure so much pain while the dentist tried to drain it. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this place if you can. I understand that NHS dentists are struggling but a bit of numbing cream or anistetic would have helped. I still have an abcess and my face is in agony.
Was brilliant when i first joined in 2020 before the takeover. This is now the practice of liars and fraudsters, rude and loud receptionists. They moved me as an NHS patient into a private essential smart dental plan without telling me, cancelled my appointments and sent me to Earle road dentist which is also one of their branches and then bombarded me with phone calls almost on a fortnightly basis to make an appointment. Then claimed i did not pay for treatment (which they finally accepted after i had to submit my credit card records). When I made another appointment they overcharged me while claiming it was cheaper than the NHS plan, (sorry £50 is not cheaper than £25.80) then signed me to a plan without my knowledge, then lied about it when challenged claiming I agreed to a private plan and I should take it up with head office. Of course head office is practically nonexistent. They won’t return phone calls, reply to emails, or reply to letters given to them. Official complaints just get ignored. Now they claim they have no NHS dentists at this practice and no NHS patients. Don't type up either saying contact patient care. i have contacted (both email and hand delivered letters) you in october 25th november 27th,december 29th andJjanuary and was met with total silence and no response. i but in a SAR request which was also ignored. i have now reported to the ICO
So glad I registered with this practice.
Being a nervous patient, on each visit I have been made to feel at ease by all staff and Dental Nurses.

Very friendly staff couldn't be happier with my experiences here receptionists lovely and my dentist Michael Denny is very calming and patient didn't make me feel embarrassed about condition of my teeth just gave me a plan going forward on how best to treat them sadly he is leaving but I feel confident about who will take his place as everyone has been great here, would like to say thank you to all the staff and wish you all a great Christmas and New year
