Really poor customer service. I went to the pharmacy due to a severe ear ache. The pharmacist told me to check with a GO when I asked her to check. She said she could check but the system was down and they were closing soon. However she was happy to take prescriptions which would have required the system. Real laziness and lack of customer service. Not a good pharmacy.
Naughty and chatty staff members.
My experience is mixed with this place.
In the end I 'would' recommend them for other reasons...
How they deal with customers and the way they approach them is questionable for sure.
Customers should not have to feel 'uncomfortable' under any circumstances.
Still 5 star review though.

This pharmacy don’t have a website where we can find there policies as they have just written a policy on a simple page and stick in there counter which is not approved by and company formation. They have no refund or return policy for there medicine which they sell on high rates. I have bought medicine from this pharmacy which has been prescribed by there own pharmacist and haven’t use it as my doctor advised me to not use it but when i went for swapping my medication which is not even been opened they said they cannot swap. It means if a person who have financial difficulties and they mistakenly buy a medicine from pharmacy and there doctor advise them to have another so they cannot swap there medicines and have to beg for money to buy another medicine and bin there existing medicine from this pharmacy. Totally unfair and pathetic pharmacy policy.
I am giving one start because pharmacist was ok. The other staff on site is horrible. They are not helpful and keep blaming others for what has gone wrong. If I wasn't referred here I would avoid this pharmacy. Atleast they should have some training on how to treat customers.
I had a wonderful experience at my favorite pharmacy. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. It truly feels like a second family. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your healthcare needs.
I've ordered my repeat prescription twice in advance, was told by patient access it's ready to be collected but when visiting the pharmacy both times had to wait to be prepared. The first time the lady didn't read the instructions that it needs to be dispensed in dosset boxes but wasn't adhered to

Avoid this place at all cost, stay away from this like the plague. Absolutely horrendous and dispicable customer service. I would like to formally make a complaint against a particular staff, her name is Sarah. She was extremely rude, impatient and had a disgusting attitude towards me. All I asked was, which box do I need to tick, and he reply was one of ridicule. I advise all who want to visit this place, if you don't want t be treated in such a manner, go to a different pharmacy. They don't care about their customers, not does management care as I asked the supervisor/manager and he didn't even bother addressing the situation.
Not happy at all with service and their attitude towards customers
Specially old and short sark bfown women talk rudely to all while 3 people in a queue she is singing and making jokes with other girls. Requires some manners according to age and job. Requesting all old citizen like me to make a written complaint for Eden pharmacy.
