Charged me £400 for repairing my zafira gear box. I paid another £300 labour charges to only find that gear box bearing was still needs to be replaced. I went to see that older guy who told me different stories and was not ready to accept that it was his mistake. Spent another £100 diagnostic charges which proved that it was still gearbox problem. Went to see them again, this time his son accepted that it was a gearbox problem but refused to take any responsibility about the labour charges which occurred because of their mistake. Master of telling stories and lies.
Better to go any mechanic who takes full responsibility.
Very bad experience. Paid them £400 and then £400 as labour charges because of their mistake and car is still off road.
Cheapest estimate by a significant margin and I got my car back in 1 day. I had a full differential rebuild on my BMW Z4. Vinnie the owner also gave me a bag of parts he replaced as proof the work was done. Would recommend.
Excellent experience. Work completed ahead of schedule, kept me informed of what was happening. My Vw transporter feels like a new vehicle.
