The ‘manager’ there is being rude! She always snaps at her colleagues in front of customers. She impatient with customers and for the love of god, nobody in there can ever understand our surname nor spell it. Very unhappy and disappointing. They texted me to say prescription is ready, go to collect for them to say it isn’t ready until tomorrow. They need to get rid of the manager. I’d also like to add that if their staff are going to apologise to customers, do it in the middle of the store not in the private examination room. Appalling

If I could give no stars I would 2 members of staff tried telling me they can give me different medication that’s better for me then what the doctors prescribed and told me they can overall a Doctor which is incorrect not the first time I have had problems with them
Requested repeat prescription online a week ago. Went to collect massive queue out of door. Went back later and closed due to staff shortage. Knocked on door as door sign stated. Rude pharmacist opened door and went to get, came back with prescription and told me to go somewhere else as not been made up. Shocking service.

Must admit its not a great pharmacy. Always closing during lunch and always closing due to being short of staff. What sort of pharmacy is this? You turn up and they are closed. Wouldn't recommend picking up prescriptions here can't rely on them.
Nice team, friendly and helpful. Reliable for repeat descriptions but a disadvantage is that they often can't serve on emergency like bigger pharmacies can (they're closed all weekend and don't normally stock particular drugs like 50mg Vimpat except for regular customers - can be a big problem if you're on several drugs).
