Communication is poor!! The garage we’re instructed what we’re I would like carried out and we’re even able to contact me about some other work that they think the car needed which was great. The car was also booked in for MOT but after 3 days I had to contact the garage myself to see what was going on to be told the MOT tester was in hospital. I would of liked better communication from the garage otherwise I feel I would still be waiting if I had not contacted them
