2nd time in this dentist practice and it’s been a pleasant experience so far. The receptionist Masud was very helpful and has good communication skills. Dr banu and assistant was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. They make an excellent team. Practice gets busy so sometimes you have to wait longer, luckily the friendly service outweighs the waiting time ???? Thank you very much
Such a kind and considerate team. My mum had an emergency situation and was in desperate need. The receptionist Masud was extremely polite and empathic, he really took time to understand the whole situation. The actual Dr, Dr Banu was FANTASTIC. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very professional. By the time Dr Banu did the extraction my mum was feeling great. No more pain. Could not ask for a better experience
Went in to see the hygienist (Shaheda) and her assistant (yaseen) who was very nice and went through things before starting. Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Will definitely book again!
Receptionist Manush is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Banu always provides best service and advice! Helped my gum health a lot.
