Very helpful staff and fast get part you need
I have used ekc for years,even worked here for a while and when pete was here it may have been the best car parts shop for a while in thanet..now I think the customer service is a bit shabby and there's not as much in the shop..its still ekc but not like it was
Absolutely atrocious. I bought a c.v.boot part from Margate for a Peugeot 206, it didn't fit. The garage requested another one from the Dover depot- it didn't fit. They requested another one from Dover..after some delay in managing to actually turn up with it, it was the wrong one, again. Basically, they're incompetent and unreliable. I won't ever be using them again, and would advise other people of my findings.

Great bunch always willing to go out of their way to help and advise, I've been using them now for over 20 years and have never had cause to complain about their level of service.
One of the first places I try for car parts . Always well priced , and on rare occasion haven't got part , have it next day .
