Just like a F1 pit stop. Drove in. Wheels off. New tyres on. Paid and out in no time but that said I did book a slot. Thanks for making it straightforward and easy all.
Incredibly rude.
Called up to get a price on a tyre as I have a puncture. Wanted to know the price for part worn, new budget and new premium so I could weigh up my options and come to an informed decision.
No part worn in stock in correct size so asked for price on budget option - no problem.
Asked for price on Michelin PS4 (already on vehicle) and was greeted with “Nooo I’m not doing that, you’ve asked for second hand, then budget and now top of the range!” In an aggressive tone.
How about spend the extra 30 seconds it takes you to quote a price and let me decide how I wish to spend my money.
Very happy with a reasonably priced puncture repair on a tyre whilst I was running on a space saver, and they swapped out the space saver unbidden. Quick and efficient.
I've been using EGTS since I moved to the area in 2014. A family business who really care about their customers. Always fairly priced and do their best to fit you in as best they can even in really busy periods. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else
What an amazing job the guys have done, going above and beyond to repair the car. The service has been outstanding from start to finish and everyone I have been in contact with at the company have been exemplary. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Smashed it out of the park with service, speed and times. The place was really busy booked a morning slot for a few tires, forgot to call in to confirm they sorted me out within 45 minutes. Brilliant service
