I changed to this pharmacy as I was having delivery problems. I can't fault the service Earlsdon Pharmacy give. They always deliver my prescription repeats on time and have often rung me to remind me to log a repeat with Coventry Pod. They are always helpful if I have to contact them. All in all I am more than pleased with the service they give.
I am giving one star as I can't give less. Today we called 111 and we were referred to go to the pharmacy as a first step for treatment for our daughter's fever. 111 told us that if the pharmasist couldn't help, then he will help to get her treated somewhere else. 111 gave us de pharmasy phone number. But regrettably, when we called, they totally refused to see my daughter, they don't even bother to ask a single question about her or her condition. Even when we mentioned that 111 told us to contact them. They just refused to know about the matter and told us to go to A&E if we have a concern. Highly rude and unprofesional.

IT PROVED TO BE A GOOD MOVE FOR ME AS SERVICES AND STAFF HAVE ALL HAVE BEEN FIRST CLASS.

Extremely happy with this pharmacy. I would highly reccomend using them. The staff are very professional and friendly. I noticed they also carry out flu jabs and covid jabs, so saves a trip to the gp. I would rate them 10/10.

Exceptional care taken - the new owners of the pharmacy go out of their way to ensure the best service for their customers. I have found this in their dispensing of prescriptions, COVID and flu vaccinations and other services.
