Petrol always a few pennies more expensive. Good selection of groceries inside. Service could do with some tweaking.

Awful service this morning by both members of staff. Refused to scan my Texaco app, saying I didn't said immediately I had an app, then that their register could not scan the app, refused to cancel the transaction and redo it so I can get the points of an almost £50 transaction, flat out rude. Genuinely shocked as I have been using the station with no problems whatsoever the last 4 years. Never again, there is another Texaco station by the Pentregethin road round about will always go there from now on.

Usual kind of prices for diesel and petrol but the shop prices are expensive as most garages are.

Useful 24 hour petrol station, convenience store & laundrette. Stocks a lot of coop brand/Nisa local grocery products, has a hot drinks machine, and sandwiches etc as well as basic grocery and household items. The staff are well-mannered, polite and know the product range.

Its a garage you can get fuel food booze and allsorts, bit tight to get out if park in middle pumps other then that was OK been worse service station's bloke was ok behind counter over all it was alright.

I went here to pickup COVID tests provided by Randox in order to do predeparture tests for a holiday next week. The guy who served me scanned my barcode and said that they didn't have the tests I needed, even though we specifically chose thise location as it said it had the tests in stock and wouldn't let us choose other locations. He was very dismissive and swifty told me to google it or go somewhere else as "they weren't the only place with the tests".

After googling, i found another petrol station which is also a randox test distributor. I rang them and they said it was unlikely they'd be able to scan my order and give me the tests even though they had them in stock, but that I could try. I went from llangyfelach to killay and sure enough they couldn't scan my barcode, and told me to go back to the previous station and try again, and to ask to speak to a manager if i had to.

I drove all the way back and the same guy was still there, saying that he couldn't help me and they didnt have the tests. he ignored me and started serving other customers. I had a look and saw they had a bunch of boxes of different Randox tests. He said he'd turned away 15 or more people this morning asking for the tests (which they "didnt have"), and when i asked for the manager he said even the manager was there saying the same thing. I noticed they had a box labelled "H.S.C" and i asked him what those tests were for.

It turns out they were the home self testing kits I had bought, and since they were named that and not "pre departure tests" as i had on my order, he did not know they were the same. I'm extremely disappointed by not only his lack of knowledge of what tests they are distributing, but also his service and how dismissive and uncaring he was for my order. I spent over an hour driving around and a bunch of petrol too, just because he didn't know or couldn't be bothered to find out that what i ordered was right there. I feel bad for the countless other people he'd turned away that morning too, who also needed their tests to travel this Christmas.
