For the last two years, I have availed this garage's service for my annual car servicing and MOT. The experience was fantastic—no fuss, clear communication, and a friendly staff. Mr. Sajid, in particular, proved to be an honest fellow. I highly recommend their services to everyone in the neighbourhood.
Absolute jokers.
Day started at 9am when I dropped the car in and handed the keys to a lad who looked like he'd just woke up, absolutely no get up and go and even less professionalism.
The garage is near a train station and it was December so I headed to York for some Christmas shopping. About 1pm I phoned them and asked how they were getting on and when I should head back. Upon answering, somebody said they hadn't got round to it yet but it was "on the list" ... yes mate I should hope so ... it's booked in for today.
An hour or so later somebody rang me and said they couldn't do the job on my suspension because the "bolts were rounded off" so basically I had been wandering round aimlessly for a long while at this point. The car had already been in a few garages for an accurate diagnosis so I knew the bolts could not be an issue. Maybe they were at 3pm when they closed at 5pm and just couldn't be bothered.
Cut a long story short I collected the car at 5pm and there was a group of useless mechanics stood around actually talking about it amongst themselves. As soon as I walked in their faces dropped and stopped talking about it. I asked if one of them could phone where the car had came from as they were paying for the work and explain the bolt issue in a little more detail - after all they had arranged it with them and I would've never booked in there otherwise. They said they couldn't be bothered and were too busy (despite saving two hours not doing my car) ... The guy had even parked my car round the corner on a bend on the kerb, in the dark and not bothered to tell me where it was after giving me a load of chew about which door to use for reception,
All in all just a massive waste of time. Unless you already know them just give them a miss. I got sorted at a garage in Boro a few days later and they did the job in two hours without mentioning rounded off bolts. If you don't want to do a job, don't book it in. A mechanic saying they can't get a bolt off when they've had the car for six hours is just embarrassing.
EDIT : Look at the garage's reply, just more confirmation they didn't even attempt the work and haven't even tried to disagree with anything I've said. OLDHAM was where the car was purchased and the salesman was supposedly friends with the lads at Eagle, this being the whole reason I ended up there. If friends would try and accuse them of selling something unroadworthy, who needs enemies ???? The car had done about 100 miles since the last MOT and service and just needed a new strut mount after some bad weather, a small piece of rubber with a bearing. Either this garage is completely incompetent or they had no intention of doing the work. Why they booked it in and wasted my time is baffling. Plenty of garages in Teesside and absolutely no unique qualities to this one. Rude, dishonest no customer service skills at all.
Got recommended by a locals to go here. The best service by far, professional and reliable, showed my what was wrong with my car and repaired the car on time and completed my MOT. Trusted Garrage and would come again, what a guy, thanks again Eagle MOT

I had an issue with my clutch and the manager reffered me to a recommended mechanic in Middlesbrough, cars been fine ever since.
My sisters car had a bad sent and scratch and the manager recommended a spray shop too. They really do go out of their way to help and assist in every way possible.
