Great location for East London. Pricing structure a bit unreasonable. They will charge you for everything even if you bring the part. Took my car for an mot, apparently had to replace a shock absorber which they charged me £90 from Euro car parts when the website said £60. They then charged me another £90 to fit the shock absorber which in my opinion was pricey. I would advise to shop around the area.
Screen wash did not work for my Ford Focus. Carlos the mechanic diagnosed as pump failure, ordered part. Called in 2 hours to return and hey presto all working again! Great job and very efficient and recommend for ADhoc repairs like this
One of the best garages in East London. Can get quite busy with long waiting times but I guess that's down to how many customers trust them to do work. One of the mechanics Carlos is an absolute asset to this place, very knowledgeable and always does his best to solve any issues.
I booked my car for service and MOT after my vehicle was parked up for 5 months due to covid, these lads diagnosed a problem with the battery and alternator instantly and got my car back up and running with in a few hours. Work is carried out to good standard and the techs are very efficient . Would highly recommend 5/5

I consulted the above mentioned Garage to inquire about my Van, which was able to drive, was diagnosed as it needs replacing injectors and a injector pump. I was told that it will cost me 1045 to replace in cash. i paid 3 hundred Pounds in advance. i was told that i would be given invoice of all parts and my old parts as well to confirm the replacement. We both agreed. after 3 days i went back to them to have my van. I asked about my parts and the invoice for the parts which in return i was told that they have used my parts to exchange with some re conditioned parts. and they are also unable to provide invoice of the parts, which was against the terms we set up. I was surrounded by the other people at the garage to pay otherwise i cant leave. I paid them the remaining amount in cash and left the place as i feared for my safety. i am a gas engineer by profession, which biggest tool is his Van.
I was further told that i need a wish bone and a Tyre needs replacement for which invoice was provided and paid with cash.
I have checked with 2 other garage who confirmed that no new parts are used the pump i was told that would needs replacing is same old one just badly polished.
This is a big shame for honest and working people who face this kind of fraud and threatening behavior from these bossiness that are cheats and frauds who rob people of their money. Paid 1045 pounds on Cash. Robbed that's how I feel.
Worst mechanic I've ever been to. They stole property from my car, lied about the condition of my vehicle more than once claiming it could not be driven away to another mechanic (hence no second opinion), demanded cash payment only and only issued a solitary hand written receipt with no details listed on it after many requests for a copy. My vehicle was never fixed by then - I had to get it done at a real mechanic instead for less than half the price they gouged me for. Avoid them at all costs.
they deceive people, add to the cost of repairs things that the client did not ask for without his consent
Very nice and friendly staff.
They kept my car and drove me home with theirs. They dropped off my car after the work.
